Because our jewelry is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages + Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We understand things happen and sometimes jewelry breaks. Please send us an email at bwarrendesigns.shop@gmail.com to discuss repair fees and your situation.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
